ROARwards Rules and Regulation
1. PERIOD: Contest begins at 12 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on September 4, 2015 and ends at 12 a.m. on May 30, 2016 (the “Contest Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all Towson fans, at least 18 years old at time of entry. Due to NCAA compliance rules, athletes, band members and student workers will not be eligible to earn points for events in which they compete, perform or work. The spirit of the ROARwards Student Rewards Program is to reward students for attending athletic events. Those who are already required to be at events may not receive points for that particular event. To ensure compliance with NCAA rules, neither contest winners nor their guests may be a “prospective student-athlete” as defined by NCAA rules.
3. TO ENTER: Limit one (1) entry per person. Download the Towson ROARwards Student Rewards mobile application on your iPhone or android device. Create a username and password to register for an account. Register to be eligible for prizes by completing your mobile application profile.
4. SELECTION OF WINNER(S): Winners will be determined throughout the contest period by their individual point total. Where applicable, winners will be notified by phone or email. To be eligible to receive a prize, winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and award of prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
5. POINT ACCUMULATION: Only contest events of University recognized Varsity Status Athletic Programs are point eligible, except where otherwise determined by Towson Athletics. All point values are subject to change and are at the sole discretion of Towson Athletics. Points will only be awarded to registered, eligible participants who attend events. Select events will also be chosen throughout the year as “Bonus Point” opportunities where you’ll earn extra points for showing up to key games.
6. PRIZE(S): The contest prizes are as follows:
SIGN UP BONUS: Each new user/download of the ROARwards Student Rewards Program will receive a promo code “TUROAR” worth 5 points for signing up.
PRIZE ONE (50 POINTS): Upon reaching first 50 points on their individual account, registered participant will be awarded (1) free Towson Foam Finger.
PRIZE TWO (100 POINTS): Upon reaching first 100 points on their individual account, registered participant will be awarded (1) Towson T-Shirt.
PRIZE THREE (150 POINTS): Upon reaching first 150 points on their individual account, registered participant will be awarded (1) Towson Water Bottle.
PRIZE FOUR (175 POINTS): Upon reaching first 100 points on their individual account, registered participant will be awarded (1) Towson Hat.
PRIZE FIVE (300 POINTS): Upon reaching first 100 points on their individual account, registered participant will be awarded (1) Under Armour Hoodie.
PRIZE SIX (500 POINTS): Upon reaching first 100 points on their individual account, registered participant will be selected for (1) Grand Prize Drawing.
7. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: All prizes subject to availability. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except at sole discretion of the Towson Athletics.
