Do I have to be an ETBU student to participate? No. All fans are eligible to earn rewards from the events.
How do I receive points? You receive points by checking into the home and away ETBU events. Points will be rewarded for your check-in that will go towards your rewards.
How do I download the ETBU Roar app? On your phone, open the app store and search for “ETBU Roar.” The app will be available for free download for both Apple and Android products.
How do I use the ETBU Roar app? The ETBU Roar app works through geo-location to reward students for attending ETBU events. Once you arrive at a game, open the app and click “Check In” on the events tab. Once you have checked in, the tab will turn green.
How do I “Redeem” my points for rewards? You can redeem your rewards at local restaurants in Marshall. Your points will allow you to receive certain items at these restaurants.
Can someone else pick up my reward? No. Each participant must be present with their phone in order to redeem points for rewards.
Do I have to be present at the event to receive points? Yes. You will need to check-in at the game with your phone to receive points.
How many points are available for each event? Each event varies due to the event or team ETBU may be playing. The minimal will be 3 points and the max will be 10 points for events. You may also earn bonus points if you share on social media.
